FREE Domestic Shipping On Orders Over $200 (Subtotal)

ORDER PROCESSING:

  • Processing time is the amount of time it takes for us to make your order.
  • Shipping time is the time it takes for the order to reach you once it leaves our hands.
  • "Turnaround" is the processing time and does NOT include how long the order will take to be at your doorstep. You must add the processing time AND the shipping together. 

Ready to ship items that are ordered in conjunction with "MADE TO ORDER" items will ship when the item(s) is finished being made. If you would like to get your items(s) before the others please place that order separately. Otherwise, the items will ship together.

Please be aware that ALL of our products are "MADE TO ORDER" unless otherwise stated. 

  • Pre-order yarn can take up to 12 weeks to be dyed and shipped during the colder months and around the holidays. 
  • Pom Pom orders are made and shipped in the order they were received. Please note that we experience high volumes of orders in the colder months.

PROCESSING TIME IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE according to order volumes, time of year, Illness, sales events, and supply chain issues can also alter these times. We try our very best to get orders out in the timeframe given at time of purchase. Sometimes these times can be severely altered depending on the issue at hand. Please remember this is a family owned business and operated business and things do come up. For this, we apologize in advance. Thank you for your patience.

Refunds:

Refunds are NOT AVAILABLE on any PREORDER, MADE TO ORDER or DYED TO ORDER purchases. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

However, IF and WHEN a refund is issued, a restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs of materials and time for said order.               

Returns/order cancelations/exchanges:

Returns/exchanges on ready to ship orders are accepted within 14 days of purchase. You must contact us before returning the order to make sure the order is in fact eligible for return. All yarn must be in the original hank and the yarn label must be in tact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a mistake was made on our end  

If there is a problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our very best to resolve the issue. 

Order cancelations must be made within 24 hours from the day your order was placed. When orders are placed we then purchase the materials to make your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Shipping:

  • Shipping is FREE on all domestic orders over $200.00
  • All READY TO SHIP orders typically ship in 1-5 business days.
  • Orders will not ship on Holidays or weekends.

Rebel Yarn Co is under no circumstances responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost during transit please contact your local post or follow the tracking information that was provided when you received your shipping notification. We cannot obtain any more information on a lost package than the addressee can. Any claims are the responsibility of the buyer and can be made through usps.com. It is highly recommended to have your order shipped via priority mail because insurance will automatically be provided. 

In the event that the name and address you provide is not correct and package gets returned to us you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package back to you. So please make sure your name and address are typed in correctly.

International shipping:

All packages shipped from us are marked as merchandise and will have the full value listed on the customs form. Any customs charges accrued will be the customers responsibility. Shipping will not be refunded if the customer refuses to accept the package.
